Thirteen moments, one first year
Prepare 13 original photographs: one newborn photo, one for each month from 1 to 11, and one first-birthday photo for the centre. The centre is labelled 1 YEAR OLD.
Choose clear, uncropped faces
Natural light and sharp original images give the best result. Keep the whole head and hair visible with a little space around them. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters and blurry photos. Monthly portraits are cut around the head; the central birthday photograph can show more of your child.
Keep the months in order
Label your files Newborn, 1 Month, 2 Months and so on through 11 Months, plus 1 Year Old. Add each picture to its matching box on the product page. Check the previews before adding your frame to the bag.
File types and sizes
Use JPG, PNG or WebP files up to 5 MB each and 50 MB altogether. If your phone saves HEIC photos, export them as JPG first. Wait for the upload to finish before leaving the product page.
Check your personalisation
Enter your baby's name exactly as you want it printed and check their date of birth. Please only supply photographs you have permission to use.
